About the Role

We are a fast-growing start-up seeking a dynamic HR & Administration Executive to drive people operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace. If you enjoy building systems from the ground up and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintain HR records, policies, and statutory compliance
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and documentation
  • Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and daily operations
  • Support employee engagement activities, events, travel, and logistics
  • Assist leadership with reports, documentation, and follow-ups

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of HR/Admin experience (start-up experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Malayalam is a must
