About the Role

We are a fast-growing UAS technology start-up developing next-generation unmanned platforms for surveillance, mapping, search & rescue, and automation. We are looking for an Electronics & Communication Engineer with strong expertise in UAS communication systems, RF engineering, and SDR technologies to join our core engineering team.

You will work closely with the avionics, flight systems, and platform engineering divisions to build secure, reliable, and high-performance communication systems for UAS applications.


Key Responsibilities:

UAS Communication & RF Systems

  • Integrate, configure, and optimize UAS communication links (telemetry, C2, video).
  • Evaluate RF performance, antenna configurations, and link reliability for mission profiles.

Signal Processing & Secure Data Links

  • Work on signal encryption and secure data-link architectures.
  • Ensure EMI/EMC compliance and develop anti-interference strategies.
  • Support RF testing, range validation, and spectrum analysis.

Electronics Integration

  • Integrate sensors, flight controllers, power systems, and communication modules.
  • Prepare wiring diagrams, interface documentation, and system-level architecture.
  • Support troubleshooting across hardware, embedded interfaces, and RF layers.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
  • 1–5 years of experience in RF systems, SDR, wireless communication, embedded systems, or UAS.
  • Strong understanding of communication protocols, RF fundamentals, and signal processing.
  • Passionate about unmanned aircraft systems and hands-on engineering.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, solve technical challenges, and collaborate efficiently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ArduPilot/PX4 communication layers.
  • Background in DSP or RF simulation.
  • PCB design experience using Altium or KiCad.
  • Python/C++ experience for SDR integration or automation workflows.
  • Understanding of DGCA and RF spectrum compliance regulations.
